Quick answers

Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check the spam folder and then write to us.

Write to us from the email address of the account and name the date and amount of the payment — that is enough for us to find it.

Send us the address of the page and what you did just before it went wrong. A screenshot helps, but is not required.

Add Cover The Gaps as a connector and sign in with your usual account; the assistant then works with your own homework, courses and calendar. Nothing is shared with other users.

Write to us from the address of the account and say you want it deleted. We remove the account and its learning data.
